What are my fees?

I charge £50 for a 50 minute appointment.
Discounted fees for under 18's and students.
Selected appointments are available for low income or clients receiving benefits on a discretionary basis.

How many counselling sessions will you need?

Everyone is different with varied needs. My undertaking to you is that we will work together in the most timely way possible. We will have regular reviews so you can decide the optimum amount of sessions for you.

How is your personal data stored?

All personal data is stored securely on encrypted software. Confidentiality is paramount at all times and all measures are to the requirements of GDPR (May 2018) legislation. I am also a member of ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).

Where am I based?

I work online only which gives you the freedom to have therapy sessions when it suits you.
Please contact me for a free initial session to ensure you feel comfortable with this mode of therapy.

Can I book a session?

Please contact me via phone (call or text) or by e mail.
NB-my phone is not answered at weekends but please leave a message and I will return your call ASAP.
